Hi Alex! I've meant to reach out sooner, but time gets away. The Fandango has been great! We've got a little over 600 miles on it, mostly pavement, with a few excursions onto the Trinity River Levees gravel roads in Dallas. I'm as comfortable as I've ever been on a bike. Diana's handlebar position was spot-on
right out of the box. The build quality is perfect, so thanks for that. I'm especially impressed with the TRP brakes. They stop on a dime with one
finger, and not a sound. The GX Eagle with the e-thirteen cassette is also
flawless. We're loving it!

Hello Alex!! Can't say enough good things about our bike. It's been in our possession for over a year and has been ridden at a minimum of every other day. Florence now has a 70 acre /3.5 mile MTB trail that Becky and I are getting lap times in within a couple of minutes of what I can do on my single MTB. To date, we have had no mechanical issues or failures of any kind. None! Airing the tires and occasionally the shocks along with chain lube is the extent of our 'maintenance'.  I have been blown away with the Sram system which doesn't miss a shift even after a years worth of
cable stretch!! Thank you for getting us on to this specific bike. It's a perfect fit.

The bike is amazing!  It’s light and very nimble. It almost feels like a
single, not a tandem.  Cornering is effortless, shifting is fluid, it’s so
comfortable.  It makes riding SO much more enjoyable. We’re still adjusting but It has pretty much everything we wanted.  We love it! Thank you !!  

Took her out for the first time last week. Stoker was stoked within a few pedal strokes!! That alone was worth the price of admission.
I have to say it is one sweet bike. Fit was spot on for both of us, stoker loves the wide bars. Although we are still dialing in the suspension for our local trails, the suspension is set up pretty well out of the box. The drivetrain, Di2 and Magura brakes are icing on the cake.
My local Bike shop commented on the high quality of the build and frame. I think they're jealous.

"I just took the bike for a spin around the block and it is AMAZING! It feels just like a single until I make a sharp u-turn. That, and it is unbelievably plush - in part because I haven't dialed in the air pressure, but also because the frame kick ass. The long wheelbase probably doesn't hurt, either. As far as first impressions go...WOW!  I am so pleased and impressed! (how’s that for a first impression?)  The Ventana is such a capable, confidence-inspiring bike! Once I realized how capable this bike is, I started to relax and we could really enjoy the ride together. Riding our former tandem was fun, but it was also a tense experience because it didn’t handle the hazards well. Riding the new Ventana, I found myself gradually de-toxing from my tension. I found myself thinking more than once on our
ride that I was going to need to tell you that you were right—about just wishing we’d upgraded sooner!  Thanks so much for all your help, Alex!
