Welcome to our testimonials. These are from our actual customers!
I bought a fandango DC-9 about a year ago and love it! My dad and I did our first race on it at the Subaru Iceman Cometh in Michigan. We rode the pro class and had a great time doing it. We plan to go back next year and probly ride sport instead of pro. Maybe we can place better. We had the only MTBT bike there, and got alot of comments on it. Anyways the bike is great and I recommend it to anyone, beginner or pro.
Ventana el Conquistador de Montanas
So far, so good. We are very happy with the Ventana - the captain is telling the stoker that he likes the C de M very much and she says, no, she likes the tandem even better than the captain. Thank you for all your efforts!
Ventana el Conquistador
I just took the bike for a spin around the block and it is AMAZING! It feels just like a single until I make a sharp u-turn. That, and it is unbelievably plush - in part because I haven't dialed in the air pressure, but also because the frame kick ass. The long wheelbase probably doesn't hurt, either. We're excited to commute on it to work tomorrow and then go for a real ride on Saturday morning. I'll try and take some pics for you. Thanks again!
I can't say enough about your customer service. It is unbelievable and refreshing in this day of sell it and run. So many thanks!
It's Tim from England (bought DC-9). Had some really great rides - happily does 2ft+ drop offs, done some freeride in Saalbach Austria, gets used for proper stuff 2-3 times a week - so glad we bought it! Frame geometry is absolutely perfect - you'll have to start doing full- sus Fandangos next.
Ventana el Conquistador
We love the new El Conquistador de Montanas! Our trip to Tsali this past weekend was good. The full suspension really makes a difference. The bike handles better over rough terrain and if you don't quite pick the right line....oh well! Took a couple of spills trying to make tight turns but that is always good entertainment for other riders. We played with the shock pressure a bit and hit on a good compromise for stoker and captain. Thanks for all your help and expert advise!
Wendy and I have been doing some teaser rides. The Fandango seems to float over the bumps. For someone who has ridden road tandems without suspension the sensation is kind of weird. And those 2.4 Motoraptor tires look huge. The big test will be a 228 mile ride on the Mickelson Trail in South Dakota during July. I will send you a picture from the Mickelson Trail ride. We will be on a self-supported ride for 4 1/2 days.
Ventana el Testigo
Just got back from my first ride. It was awesome. Words can't describe. Ill drop you a line or call you a little later to ask a couple q's. What a beautiful thing way better than even the pictures!
The bike is beyond my expectations. Excellent fork, excellent brakes (this is the first bike I've had with disc brakes and man what a difference) excellent fit, finish, ride, and price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bike to anybody. Congratulations on a fine product!
